1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any BUDETO STUDIO service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of services
BUDETO STUDIO is a venture studio that generates startup ideas, assembles founding teams, finances the start of companies, and provides ongoing support. Our Services include:
- The BUDETO platform and web properties.
- Founder matching and application tools.
- Communication and collaboration tools.
- AI-assisted features and chat interfaces.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services.
4. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit malicious code.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission.
- Use the Services to send unsolicited communications.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to BUDETO STUDIO s.r.o. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Content you submit through the Services remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
7. AI-powered features
Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may contain errors. You should review and verify any AI-generated content before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
8. Founder programme
Participation in the BUDETO founder programme is subject to separate agreements. These terms govern use of the platform; the founder programme has its own contractual terms covering equity, funding, and obligations.
9. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10. Availability and modifications
We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUDETO STUDIO s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BUDETO STUDIO s.r.o. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at hello@budeto.xyz. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
18. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and BUDETO STUDIO s.r.o. regarding the Services.
